You see, in The Orchards, the front porches are large allowing for lazy days in the rocking chair sipping on some sweet tea, the neighbors are friends not just acquaintances, kids are actually outside playing and not inside on their electronics, neighborhood social gatherings are a weekly event and usually involves some good food and great times, the streets are lined with trees and sidewalks great for an afternoon stroll or bike ride, and best of all school is right down the street!

The Homes at The Orchards are pretty fantastic, too! The neighborhood amenities are also quite amazing from the Salt Water Pool featuring a beach entrance and lounging shelf, the Cool Apple Shaped Splash Pad to the Pavilion with outdoor kitchen, gas log fireplace and fully integrated entertainment system. The playground is usually teeming with loads of kids and the the large open park is where you might find a pickup game of kickball, a neighborhood social event taking place or even just a picnic or two going on. At the Stocked Pond you can throw in your line and hook a fish or two.
