Can you come out to play?
That is an everyday question between all the children living in The Orchards!
Come on out and Learn A New Way Of Life…
Where you might be called one of the following and that sits just fine with you:
A Porch Swinger, Sweet Tea Sipper, Playground Romper, Park Frolicker, Pool Lapper, Splash Pad Dancer, Bicycle Rider, Park Picknicker, Golf Cart Driver or just simply Friendly Neighbor!
I have found The Orchards to be a great community since we moved here.

Your Dream Home is Here
You see, in The Orchards, the front porches are large allowing for lazy days in the rocking chair sipping on some sweet tea, the neighbors are friends not just acquaintances, kids are actually outside playing and not inside on their electronics, neighborhood social gatherings are a weekly event and usually involves some good food and great times, the streets are lined with trees and sidewalks great for an afternoon stroll or bike ride, and best of all school is right down the street!

"Learn a New Way of Life!"
The Homes at The Orchards are pretty fantastic, too! Our homes reflect a time of yesteryear full of character, charm and unique details accompanied by the must have energy efficient features of today. Craftsman details start on the outside with the beautiful Southern Style Exteriors accented by large front porches and feature Hardie Color Plus siding for a low maintenance exterior. The interiors are awash with beautiful details from the Cove Crown Molding, Asian Maple Hardwoods, Craftsman trim, Shaker Cabinetry, Granite countertops, to the Unique Lighting and Plumbing. Our homes also include Spray Foam Insulation in the attic, Low-E Windows, Tankless Gas Water Heater, a Smart Home Security System and Blinds throughout!
The neighborhood amenities are also quite amazing from the Salt Water Pool featuring a beach entrance and lounging shelf, the Cool Apple Shaped Splash Pad to the Pavilion with outdoor kitchen, gas log fireplace and fully integrated entertainment system. The playground is usually teeming with loads of kids and the the large open park is where you might find a pickup game of kickball, a neighborhood social event taking place or even just a picnic or two going on. At the Stocked Pond you can throw in your line and hook a fish or two.
